We need to create the conditions for the dialog within the team on architecture topics and we think a weekly and short ritual is very effective to achieve this objective. We propose to have this follow up so team members can share:
- the results of proof of concepts or spikes
- architecture decisions being processed or that have to be re-opened
- an update on the architecture runway of your product
- the result of a Root Cause Analysis following a production issue
